Vomiting Commas

The practice of using commas and other punctuation marks incorrectly. The writer is usually aware that a comma is needed in the sentence they're writing, but is unclear as to when and where it should be placed. The amount of commas then used is so absurd that it would appear they had figuratively 'vomited' commas all over the piece they have written.

Visual Vomiting 

Description of Amateur Graphic Design. A phrase used by the Graphic Design community and coined in response to the excessive application of amateur visual compositions often of a 'graphic' style. The term is used by the Graphic Design community in response to contemporary artists attempting to diversify their own visual repertoire. The resulting aesthetics are characterised by overcomplicated, naive and garish 'designs', which are a masquerade for a lack of substance to the art project itself.
