Bicth and a buzzsaw simply is a reply to a loud noise and/or supprising event.

Like heres a few examples. "Bitch and a buzzsaw that was loud!" exclaimed jonny. or "Holy shit, that bear just ass raped that guy! Bitch and a buzzsaw, i didnt see that comin!"

Buzz Saw 

When someone passes out, flat on their back from too much drink or drug and a friend stands over them, pulls their pants down and proceeds to ride the unconscious person's nose with the crack of their ass. Loud buzz saw noises must be made while performing this action.

It's quite a sight to behold.

I've never had a 'Buzz Saw' but I sure have witnessed many.

When a teacher or professor purposely asks a hard question and forces a student to answer it. The student will likely get the question wrong and suffer mild to moderate humiliation in front of his or her peers. It is like being cut into pieces by academics
