Whitey is a noun, referring to any Caucasian male or female who practices mannerisms that can be described as any of the following:Self-righteous, judgmental, corrupt, Racist, greedy, Ignorant, condescending, pretentious, And last but not least a unprecedented fear of minorities.

NOTE
*Not all Caucasians are Whiteys.*

A woman who locks the car doors when a black person crosses the street.
