Tingling Lips

A unusual sensation that happens to the upper and lower lip usually caused by a substance used on them or prolonged use of the lips.

Causes may vary; Over kissing, A lipgloss-like substance, containing cinnamon and other extracts, or an allergic reaction to a medication or food.

A complete bullshit call in field hockey that the refs make up on spot. Complete non-sense and utter meaningless. Usually used to give one team a complete disadvantage.

Ref: "Home-team foul. Visiting team take ball."
Home-team: "For what? What was the foul?"
