A person or action that is absolutely ridiculous and at the same time pisses you off. Similar to saying "oh my God" but actually directing the words at somebody or something that happened.

1. *Jim hurls a basketball randomly in the air over his back and it somehow finds its way in the basket*
Response (Jim's friend): That was unbelievably homeless.
2. Roberto: Hey Kenny I just cheated off you and got a better test mark than you!
Kenny: That's so damn homeless. You're homeless.

When you have a mini-van (usally White) with a homelessman inside and you pick up girls paying them to bang the rotten man but not telling them until you kick there ass out of the car then THEY shit with the stench of ASS and Crabs..

Homeless Harry 

A homeless guy that lives in a wooded area and grows a thick beard. Campsite is often littered with garbage bags and overgrown with poison oak. Have been found cutting at tree branches for no appearant reason. Is often not ammused by young punks coming to his woods. Is not often seen, but some witnesses have reportedly seen an arm.

Person 1: I'm bored.

Person 2: I know, let's go to the woods, pay ol' Homeless Harry a visit.

Person 1: Eh, mabye we shouldn't.

Person 2: Yeah, mabye you're right, last time I saw an arm.

Descriptive word, sort of comparing ones self to an actual homeless person in relation to clothes, appearance, etc. It is not actually paying out homeless people, rather going for an appreciation of how terrible something really is. Meant to be used as humour.

"But when he suprised me after class, I looked totally homeless that day"
