volume discount 

A percentage off da standard price dat you are allowed if you ask for it loudly.

If a merchant has a "volume discount" policy whereby he will "match decibels with discounts" --- i.e., if your vocal-level is 25 dB when you ask for a cheaper price, you get 25% off; raising your voice to 30 dB gains you 30% off, etc. --- then da key would be to actually haul in a moderately-powerful PA system wif huge boomy loudspeakers --- or show up wif several of your buddies speaking through high-wattage megaphones --- and really B-L-A-S-T your price-easement request at a HUNDRED decibels... not only might you indeed obtain said products at no charge, but da shop-owner might simply be more than happy to give you da merchandise for free just to get you and your deafeningly-noisy equipment or bullhorn-toting retinue outta his joint!! :P

Potato Discount 

When adding a product worth less than $2.99 makes your overall Amazon order cheaper.
Amazon has a $25 minimum for free overnight shipping — otherwise you have to pay $2.99 to get it shipped overnight. So if your subtotal is $22.01 - $24.99, you can add something cheap (such as a single potato) to push your cart over the limit and get it all for less than you'd have to pay with the overnight shipping fee.

I needed my order fast and didn’t want to pay $2.99 for overnight shipping, so I added a $0.69 potato to my cart. That Potato Discount saved me $2.56!

The discounts and rewards you get to take advantage of because you need to read the menu ahead and see pictures to make your decision and you hate speaking to people more than necessary so you exclusively order food through mobile apps.
