theory-fiction

A tenet of Nick Land's speculative realism in which formalism and representation become continuous with respect to each other, obviating the object between them.

Constructivistic surrealism.

The collapse of the signifier/sign/signed triangle in semiotic theory into a duality of signifier and signed.

Preliminarily schematized in computer science by replacing object-oriented programming with attribute-oriented programming (synthetic programming); and ultimately reference-oriented programming.
Theory-fiction eliminates the object itself by collapsing the triangle of semiotic representationalism into a duality.

Urban Fictionary

The act of thinking one knows the definition of a word, untill he or she looks it up on urban dictionary.
John thought lol meant lots of love only to pull an urban fictionary and discover the true definition.

functionality

Officially the douchebaggiest word possible for feature, capability, change, etc.

Used constantly in software development.
Person 1: We think the new functionality will really improve the user experience.
Person 2: *Bitch Slap* You mean you think they'll like the new changes?
Disguised autobiography.
All fiction is at least partially autobiographical, and all autobiography is at least partially fiction.

functionally American

A Canadian (or other non-American I suppose) who gets most of their culture from American television, music and other media.
"Do you wear that U of Michigan jersey because you went to school there or are you just functionally American?"
