An oblivious idiot.

Someone who stops in the middle of the aisle in the supermarket blocking the way with their trolley so nobody can get past and not even realise it. Can be applied to many similar situations.

Obliviationists do not use rear view mirrors, turn signals and do not mind if other shoppers cannot get around them when the block the lanes in grocery stores and other public places.
