sarcasmist

1) one who employs sarcasm often and well
2) one who studies the use of sarcasm
When sarcasm is mistakenly taken seriously, either the speaker is a lacking sarcasmist in the first sense of the word, or the listener and interpreter is lacking in the second (or, most often, both).

"Poe's Law kind of ruins it even for a skilled sarcasmist."

Sarcancer

When someone is sarcastic in such a way that the sarcastic comment actually contributes nothing to the discussion. Also when the sarcastic statement is just retarded.
Person A: Man, I've really been having a lot of issues with gardening recently. It has really been bumming me out how all of my tomato plants die.
Person B: You know, my dad has done well with bell peppers! And tomatoes, so he could probably give you some tips.
Person A: Dang, I could sure use a couple dollars. I'm not a waiter or anything though.
Person B: ...
Person B: You know the world would be just fine without all of your sarcancer.

sarcasm perceptivity deficiency

Sarcasm perceptivity deficiency is a socially crippling disorder which renders the sufferer oblivious to sarcasm and leads him to treat sarcastic remarks as if they were sincere.
An interaction with one who suffers from sarcasm perceptivity deficiency might go something like this:

Omar: Hey, let's have an in-depth discussion on existentialism and the significance of man!
Katherine: Gee that sounds reallly fun

Schrodinger's sarcasm

When someone says something and based on the reaction of others will claim their previous statement to be sarcastic.
Phill: i think your an idiot

Rob: didn't you fail your GCSEs
Phill: jesus i was being sarcastic
Rob: i think this is a bit of schrodinger's sarcasm
Because beating the crap out of people is illegal.

Sarcasm by FlamingElf October 26, 2011
A tongue of which the user speaks of something the complete opposite of what the user means. It often has the best comedic value.
Ex. 1: "I'm okay. Don't mind the gaping wound and the sword protruding from my back. I'm fine. Feel like a million fucking bucks, dammit."

Ex. 2:
"Is your car stuck in the mud?"
"No, no, of course not. I'm only practicing how to spray mud using my tires.

Jackass."
