Twinkle-Talk
It's when you "talk" to another "twinkle-talker" by combining your eyelid movements and Morse code to send a message from a person to another while no soul can notice or use this communication method against them. This code-based messaging technique uses Morse Code, a series of short and long signals called "dots" and "dashes".
