Fat buff 

When someone is buff but has an outer layer of fat over their muscles. They tend to be males who lift a lot of weights but still eat a lot of pizza.

A man who is very buff. With a belly to cover his six pack.is very muscular,but has a belly covering his six pack. Prolly from drinking too much beer.

Buffer Fat 

When, based on what a person is wearing, it is indiscernible whether they are buff or fat.

I have a buffer fat body; depending on the clothes I’m wearing, you can’t tell if I’m buff or fat.
