1 being not very rebellious
5 being rather rebellious and having some rebelitivity
10 being very rebellious having a lot of rebelitivity

Tom: I didn't revise over the xmas holidays
Lucy: Your rather rebellious
Tom: Yes, you could say that i have a lot of rebelitivity
Lucy: Yes that is definately a word well done Tom!!
