Partyholic 

A term used for people that cannot, under any circumstances, stop partying, as if they are obligated to do so. It can be found anywhere in the world among people, but is especially common within the people attending the Kungsholmen Gymnaisum/Stockholms Musikgymnasium of Stockholm, Sweden.
Dude, that guy in my spanish class is such a partyholic.
