You have so much gratitude towards someone that you are forever in debt.
Preston was cooler than Ben for like a week and he had all of these fun things to do. So now Ben is forever in debtitude for being able to participate.

Commonly seen in TikTok comment sections in replies to lazy attempts at humor, overconfidentally incorrect statement, or an over-the-top comment or when someone completely misses the mark on something.
