Debtitude

You have so much gratitude towards someone that you are forever in debt.

Preston was cooler than Ben for like a week and he had all of these fun things to do. So now Ben is forever in debtitude for being able to participate.

Preston is forever indebtitude to Zach for his brithday shots.

Sam is indebtitude for his butt.

I will be indebtitude to you for putting lemon in my water.
