This term is used when someone did an excellent job at an activity such as an audition, tryout, interview, etc. This can also be used when you or someone else wins something. Generally used by superior individuals!
As Abby walked out of the audition, Kiley and Evie asked her, "Did you Scoop?"
Abby replied, "I SCOOPED!"

This term first surfaced in 2004, as an alternative for the word owned.
Person 1: "Hey, did you hear what happened to Jimmy?"
Person 2: "No, what?"
Person 1: "He was in shop class and a saw cut his thumb off!"
