A huge fat roll between the waist and the genitals, the furthermost protruding point of the body.

Most often the roll is dressed/worn below the belt.

Fat hair dressers like to rub it against their clients.

The heffub must be peeled back for intimate encounters.

Look at Elke's heffub...it's soo damn big that it arrives five minutes before she does.
