A conman licensed to steal. It doesn't matter to a Realtor who gets screwed as long a as they get thier commision . When the bubble burstes and every one else is losing all they have the Realtor crawls back under a rock, and gets off scott free.

What do you call a Realtor, a mortgage broker, and an investment banker on a chain gang? A goog start.

A term used to describe a professional whom sells homes with raging alcoholism, possibly with a drug problem while surviving off of a diet consisting of dark liquor, cannabis, iced coffee, and nicotine.

He's on his 6th drink at brunch and its only 11:30am. He must be a damn good Realtor.
