Derived from an elderly wheel-chair bound pensioner known as 'Shandy'; Often seen overlooking the go-ings on in the numerous side streets of Brighton and Hove. This term stems from the diktat frequently issued by the said geriatric: "You've been done"
"I arrived at the station 1 minute late, so missed the train; I was royally Shandyed"
