A person with a noticeable speech impediment; someone whose lips have a pronounced shape, meaning they sound as if they are talking through a wah-wah pedal. Also, someone who looks like you could stick them to a window, by moistening their lips.

He has mystical powers that aurate from his shrill shreak. Many foes have tried to "Fade" him, none were successful at all. Such weak foes include limecat, Mertz,clock spider, and even the mighty cow. He is currently residing in Okanawa, Japan where he commands his army of chinchilas and ferrets.
