monimastoduscephalia
From the Greek for "brain that's permanently in the shower," a very common behavioral syndrome characterized by the individual feeling comfortable to speak to themselves and even sing out-loud anywhere and everywhere at any time.
I have monimastoduscephalia. That’s why I sometimes talk to myself out loud and sing in the street.
Reading this out loud? You probably have it too. It’s fine. Nobody cares.

The Elect
Third-wave antiracist social justice warriors that take themselves too seriously and believe their cause is important enough that it warrants hurting other people, and sometimes destroying their lives, over even the smallest political correctness faults, especially on Twitter. The term was coined by Joseph Bottum and popularized by John McWhorter.
"We will term these people The Elect. They do think of themselves as bearers of a wisdom, granted them for any number of reasons—a gift for empathy, life experience, maybe even intelligence. But they see themselves as having been chosen, as it were, by one or some of these factors, as understanding something most do not." -- John McWhorter

entree
Translation-challenged way to refer to a main dish (at a restaurant) in the United States. It is directly derived from the French word "entrée" meaning "starter" or "appetizer".
midday soiree
Pretentious, translation-challenged oxymoron that mistakes the meaning of the French word "soirée" to be "party" instead of "evening." Refers to a meetup of haughty people probably in a yatch eating cucumber sandwiches and wearing breeches.
We look forward to a midday soiree of great company, intriguing conversation, tasty cocktails, and assorted entertainment at The Manor.
