A shortening of the word degenerate, and a conjugation of the words degenerate and generation - a generation of degenerates, such as alcoholics, drugs addicts, and others needing eventual longterm medical care for persistent substance abuse. This type of care is often liver, kidney, or cardiovascular.

Generation degen went way too hard this time and now they’re on dialysis.

Felony crime committed by educated members of academia.

Conjugation of the word felony and fellow. A fellow is a member of an academy/learned society or a group of learned subjects, and a felony is traditionally considered a crime of high seriousness.
