Defcon 1 is a code used amongst guys for when a woman is at that time o the month and should not be argued with, agreed with or even spoken to. God save any man who's girlfriend is at Defcon 1.

Defcon 2 is achieved when there are either 2 Women at Defcon 1 or if one Woman is so far into Defcon 1 she is psychotically raging around destroying all in her path. May God have mercy on her boyfriend's soul.

UK TV viewers will know the origin of the title to be from the genuine morning TV show "This Morning with Richard and Judy". TMWRNJ brought such delights as The Curious Orange, and the real Rod Hull who was always after a bowl of jelly.
