The Smashing Pumpkins

One damn good band. The guy who said turn off rap and put on "Red Hot Chili Peppers", obviously knows nothing about rap or the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I take it you don't own any Chillies albums from before BSSM, and even that and Californication were HEAVILY influenced by rap music. To praise a rock band you don't have to insult rap, especially if that rock band would not exist without the influence of rap. Anyway, the Smashing Pumpkins are friggin' awesome, and they were on the Homerpalooza episode of The Simpsons.

D'arcy out of the Smashing Pumpkins is hot.

Droppin' Science means to rhyme, say or do something original or unique, especially when rapping or in music. This term was notably used by the Beastie Boys in the album Paul's Boutique, track six, song "The Sounds of Science"
