Cycling event that happens every year in France in july gathering hundreds of cyclists from all around the world. It's a competition dominated by Lance Armstrong: an American who win the Tour 7 times in a row.

A word used by true computer game dependant people to describe someone who is new at an online game and doesn't yet really know how to play the way that the dependants do. While the dependants THINK that this is a mockery of the noob, this is truely a mockery of their own lame computer lives. A person who calls someone a neeb, is in NEED of a social life of any kind.
