0% chance
A definitive term used to describe a total, absolute, and fundamentally irreversible impossibility. Unlike "unlikely" (which implies a slim chance), this means the event is structurally, economically, or logically dead, buried, and is never to be seen again. The doors aren't just closed; they are finally welded shut.
Example 1:
Person A: "Do you think if Gap and Old Navy leave Times Square, they’ll rebuild the original Toys "R" Us flagship with the indoor Ferris wheel?"
Person B: "0% chance. Even if those stores leave, the space is just going to another corporate tenant. That era is dead."
Example 2:
Person A: "I'm still holding out hope that the MTA will realize OMNY was a mistake and bring back paper MetroCards."
Person B: "0% chance. They literally ripped the physical card readers out of the turnstiles. Just move on."
