To engage in illicit drunken sexual intercourse with. Specifically kissing, then licking snatch before flexing 2 or 3 sexual positions with at least one of the aforementioned positions being 'the Piledriver'.
The 'Moyseyer' or 'Moysey' is usually in a relationship with a girl other than the "Moyseyee".
