A pejorative term used to describe someone who is deemed to be overly trendy and/or a clothes hound. From the clothes store of the same name.

1. cross-eyed or cockeyed
2. grade school children's euphamism for shit

Note: Term was used a few times by "Al" on the tv show QUANTUM LEAP; which definition was intended is a matter of personal interpretation.

Abbreviation for an amateur "fan magazine." See also fanzine. Outside of sf fandom, "fan magazines" were magazines published in the 1930s and 1940s about the stars of movies.
