A person physically incapable of minding their own business and not inserting themselves into any and everything else going on around them. Someone guaranteed to find their way into something that does not concern them.

Joel horse traded me on that bed frame. He said it was for a queen-size mattress, I took his word for it and didn't notice it was full-sized until I got it home. Now I have a bed frame I can't use!
