grand theft borrower

A term used to describe a person who continually tries to borrow money but has no actual intention of ever paying the money back although prior to receiving the loan they will say anything under the sun to convince the lender that they will get their money back. Once the loan is made, the grand theft borrower will intentionally avoid the matter.

Big John's cousin advised him that she needed $300 to fix her car and promised that she would no doubt pay him back by the end of the week. When Big John saw her at the nail shop two weeks later, he realized his cousin was a grand theft borrower and he was screwed.

Metaphor used to describe a person that is attempting to avoid and delay answering questions being posed to them by replying with answers not related to the questions being asked.

During the police interrogation of the suspect, Sean, the young Irish cop, grew tired and shouted, "Okay, it's time to stop dancing around the barn, either give us the answers or go to jail!"

Term used to identify a female as a Lesbian, as the "rug" is slang for female pubic hairs. Thus, rubbing a "rug" on another "rug" represents two lesbians grinding their pelvic areas together.

Hank, don't even bother asking that girl out, she's a Rug Rubber.

Natural speed with fast reflexes that is often accompanied by the herky jerky motion of a chicken.
