Collectively, a set of idiolects used to communicate in a culturally-accepted and unique way. Common in large, sub-urban areas, and used primarily between individuals in an informal environment. Also used as a way of indentifying with stereotypes surrounding dark-skinned individuals (see african americans). Related but distinctively seperate from english or engrish. Another aspect of multiculturalism.

A person or thing that is a real pain. They're annoying, or in the case of a object they don't work. Can also be used in place of verb.

slick shoes

Data invents these in the movie "The Goonies" (He uses them on the log bridge right before the skull piano room), They are shoes with a compartment in the heel that stores oil and when the oil is released they create a slippery surface behind the person with the shoes. Also the name of a very cool punk band and my Counter-Strike SN.
