bottle bag 

A device used for smoking cannabis widespread throughout the southwest of england. It consists of a bottle cut off at the bottom with a plastic bag taped over the end. Suction is created at the cap by pulling the bag down. This sucks your cannabis smoke into the bottle and bag, and the whole bottle bag is taken at once providing a great rush. A portable version of the bucket

A crap brown hard drug sold as cannabis in england. Might have had something to do with cannabis at some point in it's past if you're lucky. Smoked by people who don't really like to get stoned too much (genrally tobacco smokers). Full of barbituates, records, industrial binding agents and worse. Sometimes refered to as solid or smackbar. Mostly smoked by kevs, trendies and peoples mum's.
