So, yes, if I have terminal cancer and you waste a bunch of my time and/or fail to treat the cancer it will murder you all. The 'accidental or otherwise' portion of the clause applies to that as well. No I did not die naturally if you pretend you didn't know I had cancer and failed to treat me as I was reporting symptoms. Luckily for you they just tested the chemical the kills brain cancer cells.
