SARMs are Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. Muscle building is possible without it, but SARMs just speeds up muscle building. Then you stack SARMs with Enclomiphene (boost testosterone) 12.5mg to 25mg to counteract negative side effects of SARMs such as lowered testosterone and gyno e2 man boobs. Nolvadex is a medication used in PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) after SARMs use. 20mg of Nolvadex a day for 30 days after about 30 days of SARMs and Enclomiphene means that you prevent the risk of gyno and man boobs after SARMs and Enclomiphene.

It's really good for headaches and 200mg to 400mg is taken with a glass of water. It's mostly good for headaches. If you have a headache, you can have a glass of water (Hydrogen oxide) alone to see if it's due to lack of hydration. If the headache is gone, you just needed hydration. If it's still there, it's caused by something else and you need a motrin 200mg or two of them. If you're depressed or have more physical pain like a broken arm or leg but the doctor won't give you Vicodin, take Kratom (2g to 8g+). If you have been traumatized by a narcissist ex-girlfriend, or went to war and are having PTSD flashbacks, talk to your doctor about Propranolol 40mg (2 of the 20mg pills a day). If you want a hangover free alcohol, drink 2ml to 10ml+ of 2-methyl-2-butanol. Kratom generally doesn't mix with alcohols because it can be harmful or fatal.
