bust out 

1. To do something extraordinarily sick, cool or excellent.
2. To root/fuck.
3. To pull something out: Either a verbal 'call' or a physical action.

1. "That dude really busts out on his skateboard."

A plastic sachet bag or sappy, used for storing all types of drug's. Can fit about 4-5g of weed.
To bag someone, is to bad mouth them.

To get drug's. Used over the phone as a code word.
