German

A strange dialect of Yiddish where they say "oy" instead of "ay" (but spell it "eu"), "au" instead of "oy", and the grammar is needlessly complicated, although less so in the actual spoken language than in the written form.

In German people don't use "sich" for all persons which is very odd, although this also occurs in Williamsburg Yiddish, so I suppose it's legitimate enough.

A Republican from the 1990s, prior to the Republicans becoming even more extreme than they already were, causing conservatives to call themselves Democrats.

"What does that mean, blue dog democrat?"
"It means I agree with the Democrats economically, just not socially."
"So you mean you're a conservative?"
"Yeah"
"Why not just say that"

ironic nazism

Being a Nazi ironically. A common alibi used to shield the behavior of today's Nazis from criticism, as though irony somehow makes their actions OK .

In "Anti-Semite and Jew," written shortly after WWII, Jean-Paul Sartre writes that insincerity was also a common defense mechanism of the Hitler-led Nazis.

Nazi who stabbed two people who tried to defend a Muslim: I was just verbally abusing her ironically. It's their faults for taking it seriously and trying to come to her defense.

Another modern-day Nazi: You better go into hiding you inferior-race jewish slut or I'll kill you
(Jewish woman goes into hiding)
Modern-day Nazi: Ha, I was just threatening her ironically, that dumb cunt. I don't actually think Jews are an inferior race at all. It was ironic Nazism.

Something that doesn't always make sense. When two parties work together, assuming neither one of them is trying to deport anyone or register them in a nationwide database or prevent them from being able to go out in public.

Democrats: That sounds like a good bipartisan solution.
