A type of lice that affects your pubic area. They burrow into your urethra and make their way to the testicles (hence the term "semantics", a portmanteau of "semen" and "ticks"). They find their way in by tracking the scent of semen, therefore they exclusively affect biological males with working reproductive organs. They can make their way in other sexual genitals if they detect the scent but the unfamiliar environment that is not condusive to their survival will likely kill them. They can spread through shared seating areas and undergarments.

Noun

A medical condition, solely affecting biological females, denoting parasitism by a fungus that infects the male gonads and enters the female through her genitalia. It rewires her emotional reactions so as to ensure it is not threatened within the female body as it begins to sap her resources, assimilating her DNA in the process to take a human-like form. When it is mature enough to exit the body, it mimics the maturation process, complete with a developing and soon to be fully formed human vessel, to eventually perpetuate the process. Its known defense mechanisms include screeching as well as shooting its excreta, which it also uses to chemically manipulate the host to removing said excreta and sanitizing external excretory organs as a power move. It renders its host completely defenseless and coerces the individual through complex chemical reactions to provide for it until its body is sexually mature and ready to seek a willing participant to receive new spores, or if female, provide other parasitic spores through the act of copulation. It is the most common parasite worldwide, and there were no known examples of the male biological sex before its emergence.

Abbreviation, Noun - Short for PERvasive ONomastic Kinesthetic Affliction

A schizoaffective disorder recognized by the DSM-DRC and named/first diagnosed officially in Jan 16, 2021 by Dr. Al Edwards in Whitby, Ontario (Canada)

The 3 core symptoms of PerOnKA which are required for a formal diagnosis include:
-Dissociative Amnesia (The individual with PerOnKA may frequently, for example, ask what their name is)
-Ataxia Dramatica (Large, dramatic and apparently purposeless movements such as arms wildly flailing, frequent spinning or dramatic hand waving)
-Mania (Abnormally elevated energy levels)

Other common symptoms include, but are not limited to
-Abnormal vocal patterns (Such as wildly shifting cadence and inappropriately loud volume)
-Hypersexuality (In extreme cases, they are compared to animals such as hares or short-nosed fruit bats)
-Delusions (Tend to be very common amongst sufferers of PerOnKA, especially young adults)

Individuals with PerOnKA also tend to be taller and slimmer on average than their neurotypical counterparts

Currently, due to the recency of its discovery, little is known about the treatment of PerOnKA, although a diet rich in lemons seems to have a positive effect.
"The individual in question, who has been diagnosed recently with PerOnKA, is struggling mentally, as you can clearly see on this day." - Dr. A. Edwards
"What's her name? I know you just told me. Please be patient with me, I have PerOnKA."
"Contrary to misconceptions, kids cannot acquire PerOnKA by watching kids television shows. It is a condition, not an ideology."
