Used to discribe the action of bringing a soon to be former member of an organization close just before an unlawful/adverse act, such as killing or firing. This serves to keep the person calm and unaware of the impending adverse action. Also serves to collect information and position the person in pursuit of the action.

Jose had to babysit Jeremy for two weeks before they killed him.

Allen babysitted Merideth for a whole month before they fired her.

Used to describe one's physical position when seated next to a seat bitch on an airplane or bus. In the seated position -- Both elbows are centered in above the stomach and the hands remain above the elbows. This ensures that no part of the body is allowed, remains, or otherwise intrudes upon another's seating or personal space.
