This soldier was shot with APB from sniper rifle. And body armor can't stop the APB.

Throwing an incendiary bomb or Molotov cocktail. Also the explosion, caused a fire.

Shocker (the villain and foe of Spider-Man) somehow survive after the Punisher firebombing bar with villains, among which was the Shocker. Solid guy.
