His "title defenses" all follow the same formula in which someone from the bloodline will interfere with the match and reigns will end once again as "champion". Roman Reigns fits the very defintion of Paper Champion
Roman Reigns is a paper champion who only defends his title once in a blue moon, while he enjoys his long vacations and ignores the challenges of the real wrestlers.
