Parisans are people who adhere strictly to all social hygiene practices. These would include people who practice good social hygiene in order not to afflict innocents who they may come into casual contact with by imposing whatever virus or organism they're playing host to. Parisans understand that they may afflict someone unknowingly and are socially conscious individuals. Parisans are responsible human beings and are VERY considerate of those around them. Parisans don't need laws to dictate to them what is and what is not socially acceptable hygienic behavior.
