Abbreviation for "No Girlfriend, No Job".

Commonly referred as adults who live at their parent's house who won't get laid; college students who live at home and will eventually get laid once he graduates and makes a lot of money; and 16 to 18 year olds who go to secondary school (provided that they have the legal, and physical abilities to find a job).
"Dude, you could have gotten a job this summer to pay off your debts instead of being an NGNJ and playing World of Warcraft all day."
