A reference to the scene in the movie the Matrix, the slackpill is a realization that wagies do not need to put in the most effort at their job, just the bare-minimum to not get fired.
The slackpill is realizing a promotion means more responsibility and less time to fuck off.
The slackpill is realizing that, unless one owns part/all the business, there is nothing stopping them from firing you without warning, so you should never give warning before leaving a job.
The slackpill is realizing you can have two remote jobs, one where you do work, the other where you siphon off extra wages and do not care to be fired.
