The feeling of relief, joy and even pleasure when a particular large, difficult to reach pimple, boil or sebaceous cyst opens.

OMG!! I had a fricken ZITGASAM!! That THING on my shoulder finally burst - and sprayed all over the bathroom mirror!! Damn, I feel like having a cigarette and laying in bed for 30 minutes.
