To wash out your nostrils. Kind of like an enema, but at the other end. It's an old cultural practice of the Aztecs that's getting a revival.

We used to call this dude Colnel Bogey behind his back until he started to yacapaca.

Anything you want. It's just one of those words that you can use for anything...a bit like 'Hakuna Matata' from the Lion King.(Pronounced 'Yacker-ba-cackers')
