a term to call someone who is annoying but has ok times. Like when someone is, in general, a horrible person but is ok about a 3 % out of 100% in their life and usually hates yemiits. "Xpolar" can also mean someone is a hot person or attractive, or a very cold and mean person

"don't talk to him he can be an xpolar
