There are many definitions of Baller recognized.
In this case an X Baller or EX-Baller refers to;
(a) A person that formerly possessed skills athletically, (b) A person who no longer is involved in the high end lifestlye associated with affluency, yet they manitain a few QUALITY possessions as a reminder of how they used to live.

(ie) Pete Nice had game in '82, he's an Xballer,
