(noun)

The act of laziness in paper-writing which consists of reading the wikipedia entries appropriate to one's subject, then rephrasing them and submitting them as one's own work, often betrayed by misuse of technical or subject-specific terminology, or in the case of an oral presentation, mispronunciation of key terms.
Tom's idiotic description of Churchill as "clairvoyant and somewhat shortsighted" was an obvious case of wikigurgitation.

Wikgurgitation 

The copying and aimless regurgitation of facts from wikipedia onto an essay, research paper or other school assignment.
Mrs.Diaz's son's wikgurgitation earned him a D- on his essay, the teacher commented that it had no order, it was just a jumble of unconnected facts.

wikigurgitator 

A person who spends a significant amount of time reading Wikipedia in order to use the information attained to sound like a specialist in the subject in a later conversation.
That boy is a wikigurgitator. He doesn't know anything about the Beat Generation, he just read about Kerouac, Ginsberg and Burroughs on Wikipedia.
