A high and mighty, premadonna-like, someone who thinks they are or should be "Someone". See Diva and add a competitive system such as a title, fashion contest, leather sash or other form of community upheld position of status.

He is such a whodywho coming up in here thinking there would be a seat reserved for him and his partner.

He is one of the whodywho's around here, though I still think he smells like rotten onions and can't hold a tune with a pitchfork.
