The Cassandra Weiner Disease

A disease where you have horrible skin- If being specific, you have a zit/pimple near your forehead.

Person 1: Jesus, I have a zit near my forehead..

Person 2: Oh well did you hang out or sit near Cassandra?
Person 1: Yeah why?
Person 2: She probably gave you the Cassandra Weiner Disease.
Person 1: Oh whats that?
Person 2: Its when you have a zit on your forehead, you can get it if you get close to her.
